Cranium Music Festival
Cranium is one of the best music events hosted in Ottawa, being able to go to the event, and seeing all the work that is put behind the scenes is amazing. Ottawa has a strong reputation of being a "boring" city due to it being government orientated, we are not going to lie and say that it is not boring at certain times because it is, but there are people in Ottawa that are extremely talented, and the issue is the people in Ottawa don't like to show love, support their people, cranium event has opened our eyes and truly showed us something amazing, from the artists performing on stage, to hearing the crowd sing their lyrics.
Ottawa rappers like FTG Reggie, and TwoTiime, showed us that there are talented rappers in Ottawa, that can perform well, bring the energy up, and entertain the crowd. If more people in Ottawa came out to the event and showed love we would get more festivals like this, more local rappers would get more attention, and festivals like Cranium could get bigger artists to come out.
We would be proving that theirs a community in Ottawa that will buy tickets and come watch, proving to bigger headliners that its worth coming to Ottawa to perform. It's all on the community nothing will happen if no one supports each other.

A lot of performances at Cranium were great, on Day 2 SLM, FTG Reggie & TwoTiime went up on stage, Reggie and his group were bringing the energy up, entertaining the crowd, and giving a moment of silence for FTG Metro that passed away early 2020. They performed songs like Klout, Rainy Days, & more.
TwoTiime did his first-ever performance at the Cranium and performed well for his first time.

Day 3 in my opinion had to be the best out of all the days, Day 2 was good but Day 3 had something different about it the energy had more hype, we had performances from EverythingOShauN, Jahkoy, Maurice Moore, Kofi, A$AP Twelvyy, Duvy, and the crowd for all these acts were very interactive every artist brought the crowd's energy out in their way.
All the artists had passion in their performances, Kofi had a point where he brought the crowd around him and sang his newest single, A$AP Twelvyy brought New York to Ottawa and Toronto's very own Duvy ended the day with a high-energy performance.
Cranium was a hit, hopefully Ottawa catches a wave of what Cranium is doing for this city and no doubt we will be there next year.
